General Description

 The VI5300 is a direct Time-of-Flight(dToF) sensor module within a single modular package which integrates single photon avalanche diode (SPAD) sensor and a VCSEL emitter. This sensor provides a compact solution for precise ranging of an object irrespective of the color, reflectivity and texture of the object. With the self-developed SPAD and unique ToF acquisition and processing technology, the VI5300 can achieve an accurate distance measurement up to 4meters and a high ranging speed up to 90 Hz.
